About All Awesome Properties

I was born in Pensacola, FL, and moved to the Atlanta area with my family in 1968.  I built single-family residential homes for 37 years in Gwinnett, Jackson, Hall, and Forsyth counties.

While being self-employed over the years, I invested in residential and commercial real estate.  Many of the homes I lease were built by my company.

I have been fortunate to not only have employees with me for over 20 years, but have also had tenants for 14 or more years as well.

My focus now is managing my investment properties.  My tenants don’t need to be worried about having to relocate because a bank is foreclosing on the home or it is being sold during their lease.

I take care of all my properties so that I can attract tenants who will take good care of the homes as well.
